Kathy Smart noticed there wasn't a brand, holistic nutritionist or tradeshow dedicated to educating the public in an unbiased fashion. Thus, she started the brand Live The Smart Way™ over 10 years ago. In 2011 Kathy wrote the best selling book Live The Smart Way ™, produced and starred in the first gluten-free TV show on Rogers TV, traveled internationally speaking and presenting. Kathy Smart then launched her own personally branded health and wellness expo in 2015 in Ottawa, Ontario.
