Retired but spent a career with no pieces of paper saying I qualified to do what I did for a living, but always had the nature ability to help open doors to change, by doing everything the experts said could not be done. By understanding economic and business 101 sustainability principles, then apply a little innovation and collaboration to take what the experts said had no value to go create something of value and seem to be always in the right place at the right time to meet people with the potential to be part of actual change, Just needed a helping hand on how to out think the system that allowed money and self interest to see short term gain and any problems were the responsibility of the community and the government. Who were reliant on a 20th century horse and buggy 29th century vision. That as a lot of value but break every economic and business 101 rule of sustainability. When you understand we live on a very small planet, that has never have borders, but what happen anywhere in the world due to ignorance or a few bad leaders not accountable to anyone but money or self interest of a privileged few that the first words I always heard. Not my job or that not the way the system works. Yet 10 yrs later, and two failure later and using open source thinking starting in college to open doors the experts said could not work that way, always require innovation and a lot of community collaboration and to take what had no value to go create something that nice in the hands of the community to change the bottom the top had no choice but to come not the 21st century or be left behind. Every community as the potential to create new sustainable jobs. By removing horse and buggy vision and replace it with 21st century sustainability vision by never allowing money or self interest to drive the agenda, but innovation and a lot if community collaboration. By simply protecting freedom of choice but accountability to not the investors, but to the sustainability of all the community. By simply address small problems that only collaboration by the community can address and the investor win big time by being part of a sustainable future. That all about sustainable small business. As it’s the foundation unicorns require to be sustainable long term. But then I been told what I do should have made me a billionaire, only smart enough to understand I would have to give up my freedom of choice. and so got to enjoy life on my terms not the systems terms and can say at the end of my time on this very small planet. I got to make a difference, the key to sustainability never has been at the top it always been at investing in a good foundation to give value to what on top. Or all you get is on going cost and a lot of waste,but does require the system to come into the 21st century to support sustainable change. Always made for interesting challenge. The young got the message it’s the system that needs to come into the 21st century of sustainability . As we have no border.Just problems that assure money no longer the address, By the problems do have simply solutions. Due to technology innovation and the requirement for Global community collaboration. The only question of value, are you part of the solution or part of the problem. Look at any satellite view of any body of water, if you see green your community has a human problem that has a solution. As the run off or the vision that we can consume to dump waste in water and Mother Nature can fix. Is easy to address, require a little education and a lot of community demand for the system to teach how to do it better and the support to make it happen. One small problem. One key benefit to the community.

ITs all about economic and business 101 sustainability thinking. First you have to understand what causing the problem. In most cases it’s a few in a position of doing what in their best interest, but leaves the community struggling to maintain what they have. As their cost of operation has out stripped the reason to retain community finically support. That when you have to apply innovation and a lot of collaboration, to cut cost and establish a sustainable community for all not just the privileged few but not lose the benefits that come from those that have the ability to open new opportunities to become more than they are and all they can be, is all about economic and business 101 sustainability application. Give people a purpose in live and the ability to become more than they are and all they can be and they are human. Putin a support system rather than a punishment system and you bring your community into the 21st century. When a system is designed to tell people they have no value. Then you create a system that creates its own problems that waste all in the name of a few having more and everyone listening to anyone willing to say I can fix that, but only if I am the only one in control. As disaster written all over it. As good organization never allow money and self interest drive an agenda they use innovation and team effort to reward the team for all the effort. As they understand a janitor has more influence on a companies future as much as the CEO. If the executive does not understand why, they lack the vision to grow the organization to remain sustainable.

The business world just changed and it’s not what we see or think we understand is important but what may impact our customer base or cost increases you may not be in a position to recover. Until you realize you are in financial trouble.

the answer will come down to how three levels of government apply their start-up vision. The Feds are not doing bad considering no one ever had to deal with the situation, most of the provinces are doing not bad when they do not allow money and self-interest get in the way of a little common...

Unfortunately, anyone applying Ottawa Council vision to problem-solving. By raising property tax. Says to me to not bother participating. they would just waste any new revenue. So a waste of effort. Until I see if they have the vision and talent to be part of the solution not continue to be a key part of the problem.
Sustainability is not about how much money you can make but can everyone involved see a reason to participate So that you solve a problem that has a negative ongoing impact on your community ablity to become more than it is and all that you have the potential to be. Sustainability is not about how much money you can make but can everyone involved see a reason to participate So that you solve a problem that has a negative ongoing impact on your community ablity to become more than it is and all that you have the potential to be. In a world of technology where you now know and this is the key. For has important as money is as an incentive. It has never been the key to any sustainable future. It has always been about using innovation to address a problem by using collaboration to fix what bad leadership sees as unimportant or in most cases leadership that see change or innovation as too high a risk and the formally trained that see been trained to believe the system can only work in one way. In a universe that requires a change to survive not what does work but needs to work better to become more than it is and all it can be and anything not willing to change get left behind by those willing to use innovation and collaboration to do what money will not or into many cases is the problem. Will you win every time no, It the failure that shows you if you are innovative enough to create the team effort to see the value for the market to want what you have to offer and value from long-term partnership. As they will not walk away the first sign of trouble.

Well, you get paid to bring live entertainment to them. it all comes down to the weather and few heat sources to pull it off. depending on were you live and your housing reality.
