How We Got Started

Performance Plus Rehabilitative Care Inc. (PPRC) is a private company that was founded in Ottawa in 1994 to provide bilingual assessment and vocational services to customers across Canada. Linda Simpson, Director and Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor, is the founder of PPRC. The office is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada and has satellite offices in Kanata, Pembroke and Cornwall, Ontario. Over the years, the business has developed a Best Practice model of job placement services for candidates with disabilities . PPRC is recognized for helping employers find a candidate that matches their recruitment needs at no cost to them.
