Each piece after being tried is placed on a tray for disinfection. Always maintaining social distancing .
Always optional for jobs to be picked up onsite or curb side(when weather permitted) or delivery by local courier.

This practice of rentals has been practiced for years. The movie industry will rent pieces for their filming,for example. Why would people ever buy jewelry if rentals were offered for a reasonable price. I would be more inclined to do this on occasion to support the few clients that actually...

This practice of rentals has been practiced for years. The movie industry will rent pieces for their filming,for example. Why would people ever buy jewelry if rentals were offered for a reasonable price. I would be more inclined to do this on occasion to support the few clients that actually need rentals because they are putting together a Fashion Show, Film or Special Event or Promotion. Offering Rentals of Fine Jewelry and Time Pieces isn’t a business for everyday practice in my view.
I can really only relate to being a winner. Have always challenged myself to do a good job! When working with other people it is of the ut most importance to show a good example. Strive to be the best you can.

You must show the interest and love of product to be successful.You must show energy, optimism and absolute confidence.Just believe in your skills,present yourself as an achiever and your prospects should improve.Absolutly dress for success!
Unfortunately there will always be the narrow minded thinking that age means everything....I beg to differ. Remember that saying? “ Youth is waisted on the young.” I do believe that a qualified senior can actually add to the success of your business offering younger staff members a new approach.

I believe that clients can pick this up....and in return they will begin to trust your suggestions. Like anything else in life ...it's about the relationship. Selling the right piece of jewellery or watch can really make the difference.This usually means the client will return happily looking for the next treasure!
So if a client is not comfortable with this approach ...then they always have the choice to go else where. In retail one has to accept you can't please everyone! Trying your best to serve ...is an ART! After many decades of service this is still true....Be welcoming and serving to the best of your ability can make those relationships grow.

We can't always please everyone in our business.Most of our clients are wonderful, kind , and appreciative.We have been in business for almost 6 DECADES.
There are all kinds of people....if they are mean and untruthful about their experiences, and wish to harm and spread the untruths ;well it's freedom of speech. I have no answers, other than keep positive! Keep doing your Best and the reviews hopefully will follow that trend.
Personally closing a deal means I'm passionate about the choice and truly believe it's the right one for the client! Everything else falls into place because sincerity and passion aren't things that can be faked. Yes ....I'm one of the few people in sales that believe one can still be honest...

Especially our business being so specialized.
So getting the word out;outside the Internet would be very valuable. I find human contact , discussion, very important. It's all about introduction,confidence in service and relations.
