I would work with you on communication with existing clients. A happy client doesn't run after the lowest dollar. When they see you as the go-to person, the one that communicates and is easy to do business with, his margin will not lure them. I would love to talk with you more and strategize on some quick tips that can help retention and perhaps some acquisition of new clients.
