How We Got Started

Biz Buzz LLC was launched out of the passion to help Small to Midsize Businesses (SMBs) find the right professionals that operate with integrity and take proper care of them. Through years of working with SMBs, our founder Bryant Dannic, grew frustrated at the stories he'd hear from clients about dishonest sales people, con artists and such. He would go beyond his job duties to help his clients by researching solutions for them and helping them avoid pitfalls. Through extensive research and building relationships with industry experts he realized that he could follow his passion and turn it into a business of its own. Partners started offering him job offers but Bryant wanted to help on a grander scale. He developed a business plan that allowed him to get paid for referrals from companies of all types and sizes and thus Biz Buzz LLC was born. Due to client demand, we've expanded our services to include traditional Business Consulting and Project Management.

No matter what type of business or what life stage your business is in, being easily found by name with accurate information that reflects your brand is an essential foundation of advertising and marketing. (more) This is a loaded question as the answer varies from one business to the next, even within the same industry.  You also added that you're looking to avoid "expensive" advertising, but the only advertising that is truly expensive is advertising that is ineffective. Being you specified that you're looking to attract new clients for real estate inspections this helps narrow down your options.  That said, you have a variety of solutions that could work for you and produce the results you desire.   The first and most important step is to make sure that you've established an online presence for your company so that people can at least find your company by name.  The ability to be found by your target audience is the foundation of any successful marketing plan but is a step that too many businesses miss out on. You can visit my company's website to run a free scan at https://bizbuzz.biz/scan to see how your company's online presence currently looks like. From there you have several options that you could do including business networking, Google maps advertising, search engine marketing(SEM), search engine optimization(SEO), social media marketing, and display advertising.  There is a science to developing a successful marketing strategy that will provide you with the results you desire.  There are many details that must be addressed that many advertising professionals overlook and some are relatively simple details such as having Secure Socket Layer(SSL) setup on your website.  Without SSL on a website Google and other search engines will not give your website preferred placement in organic search results and you are not able to run a search engine marketing campaign to a website that does not have SSL setup.   As you have probably already know, advertising and marketing can be very complex and requires extensive knowledge and an attention to detail.  We offer free advertising strategy consultations and can help you develop a winning strategy that fits your budget and delivers results. Let me know if there's anything we can do to help and I wish you all the best. Yours in Success, Bryant Dannic https://bizbuzz.biz

In short, you can't do everything on your own and you can't afford to do things the wrong way.  Small businesses have limited resources(time, money and knowledge) and must make the best use of those resources as possible. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses is important as you need to use professionals to accomplish tasks/projects that are outside of your strengths. Small businesses also need to utilize solutions that save them time and allow them to accomplish more with less. In the next few paragraphs I'll provide some additional insights and suggestions.  Let's start with money, one of the most common mistakes I see small businesses make is to try to save money by either attempting to do something that's outside their skill level or hiring someone for cheap.  A common example of this is entrepreneurs that know nothing about web design and marketing attempting to do these tasks on their own or hiring someone based solely on price.  While it may be tempting to save money by doing things on your own, if you don't know the right way of doing so, it can cost you a lot more in the long run. Web design and marketing(especially digital marketing) are very complex and constantly changing.  There is a right way of doing things and there are many, many ways that will not produce the results you are looking for. In summary, know your strengths and surround yourself with trusted partners that can help you accomplish things that are outside of your skill set.  Achieving the right results may require an investment(which doesn't have to be expensive), but making mistakes can be very costly. Time...the most precious resource we have.  Starting and running a small business requires lots of time and energy but if you plan well, utilize the right technology, and implement the right procedures you'll be able to make much better use of your time.  Technology offers so many solutions that can be used that will allow you to accomplish more things in less time.  A CRM that my company uses and partners with has solutions for about $30 a month allows you to keep track of your clients, setup automated email responses and drip campaigns, track employees time and activities, host and build a website and much more all in one place.  A CRM is invaluable tool because once things are setup, many activities are automated meaning that you don't have to do anything...they happen automatically on their own.  Another time saver is delegation. I know that entrepreneurs don't like to give up control but in order to focus on the important tasks you must learn to delegate when possible and build a team that you can trust. On to knowledge, this was mentioned in the money section because if you lack the knowledge to do something it is best you hire someone that does know how to do something the right way.  Here's the challenge, if you don't know about a topic how do you know what questions to ask to ensure you select the right professional to accomplish your goals? That's where my company, Biz Buzz LLC, can help at no cost to you. I'll use a client as an example, they own a horse ranch and wanted to market to individuals in Europe to come to the US for a natural horsemanship vacation.  They knew what their end goal was, but they didn't know how to get there.  They didn't know about things like GDPR(European Privacy Laws), what SSL is and why they needed it, or how to market their business in Europe. They worked with Biz Buzz LLC because we know the right questions to ask in order to screen solution providers to find the ones that fit their very specific needs. We also to ensure that the providers do things the right way to be compliant with all laws and best practices while producing the results they wanted...European vacationers to come visit their ranch.  In closing, if your business has goals in mind but you're not quite sure how to best accomplish them, call Biz Buzz now at (407)988-BUZZ(2899) to schedule a free consultation to see how we can help you avoid costly mistakes. We know "who" you need to know to accomplish your goals, let us introduce you to the partners you need to know so you can run a successful business.

(more) Hi Chris,  I'm sorry to hear about your challenges.  Advertising and marketing is an industry that is very tricky and there are many companies that don't know how to execute a successful campaign. There are many aspects that must be properly analyzed when it comes to marketing and in many cases we find that while a business may have been using the right platform to advertise the problem was how they were going about doing the advertising.   It begins with knowing who your target audience is and how they operate as a consumer.  Effective advertising will use proper targeting techniques to help you reach your target audience.  Next is understanding the buying cycle of your particular product or service.  For example, when buying a car, the buying cycle is much longer than the buying cycle of someone who's air conditioning is no longer working in the heat of the summer.  From there you must think about the consumers behavior to determine what platform will be best for you to reach your target audience.  Using the AC example, if you walk through the front door and it's sweltering hot in your home, chances are you will grab your cell phone, laptop, tablet or even the yellow pages to perform a search for AC companies near you.  Another major aspect of marketing is follow up and this is a part that too many times companies overlook.  Using the proper technology will allow you to capture, manage and market to your potential clients by setting up automated processes for an effective follow up program. In addition to follow up you must also ensure that if someone hears about your company and performs a search that they can easily find your business.  When my company works with our clients to develop marketing and advertising campaigns we start by understanding your goals, your target audience, and your brand.  Depending on if you are looking to drive sales, establish your brand, or simply retain and engage your existing client base will determine what direction we take from there.  While it's ideal to run a digital advertising campaign that includes a variety of methods such as SEM, SEO, click funnels, online display, social media marketing, etc. sometimes your budget will dictate where to start. For our clients with a limited budget, we typically start with the basics and build up to where they should be.  On that note, having a professional that will guide you through the decisions is important.  For example, showing up organically on page 1 of Google is better than showing up on page 1 by paying for Google Adwords(SEM), however SEO has an industry standard ramp up of 6 months as opposed to SEM which has an industry standard of 90 days.  That being said, many times we start with SEM and then start SEO once the client has begun to receive a return on their initial investment. In closing, advertising and marketing is VERY complex!!  Make sure that you do ample research on the partners you work with and make sure that they have experience working with other client's within your industry.  My company, Biz Buzz LLC, was formed to help companies like yours properly screen and create alliances with the service providers that are best suited to accomplish your unique goals.  We offer this service at no cost to our clients because the partners we bring in pay us a commission just like they would pay their sales person.  Please visit www.bizbuzz.biz to learn more about the solutions we offer and feel free to contact me if there's anything more I can assist you with. While we are based in Central Florida, we have partners all around the globe because each client's unique needs demand an equally unique solution. (more) Depending on which platform you are posting to will depend on the frequency of posting that's recommended.  Typically for Facebook you want to post 4 times a week, Twitter once a day, 1.5 times a day on Instagram and LinkedIn once a week.   It's important to remember it's not just that you are posting, but more importantly what content you are posting that will be a major factor in the success of your efforts. You want to post educational topics that relate to your business that will help your customers. I understand that you specialize in selling jewelry that is nickel and lead free. An example you could post about would be how jewelry made with nickel or lead can cause itchy, red skin to rashes, or in more severe cases, blisters. You could educate your clients about how even gold jewelry, unless it's 24 karat gold, may be mixed with other metals and how to avoid buying jewelry that contains nickel or lead. It's also important that you proofread anything you post because spelling and/or grammatical errors don't reflect well on your business leaving potential clients feel you may not be very professional. Going back to what content you post, the subjects of your posts are extremely important as they must be intriguing to your target audience so they feel motivated to click to learn more. Pictures and videos will certainly help your posts get additional attention.  If you posted the example I mentioned about how jewelry made with nickel or lead can cause you to breakout, you should include a picture of someone who's suffering from that situation(be careful to not use copyrighted materials).  Based on my understanding of your business model, you would likely benefit from being active in your community...just be sure you select the right events to attend that will have attendees that fit your target audience.  You might check out meetup.com to find women's groups in your area that would be good for what you do.  You'll want to join Facebook groups comprised of people that fit your target audience so you can share your posts to the group which will attract new clients to learn more about your business. I hope this helps and of course I'm available to offer consulting to your company or help you find service providers that will help accomplish your goals in an effective manner. Feel free to visit my company page on here or visit www.bizbuzz.biz to learn more about the solutions we offer.

If you mean unlimited paid advertising than $99/mo seems good(if you can do this, we need to speak).  If you are simply a platform that allows users to post to social media sites from one location than $99/mo isn't as competitive. There are many solutions that integrate social media within a CRM which would be more attractable because you would have all your contacts in one place and could also utilize drip campaigns, text campaigns, etc. My advice is this...know who your target audience is and make sure you're attracting them.  For a small operation that only posts a few times a month $99 wouldn't make sense.  For an active company that's posting across all platforms and spending money it could make sense.  Back to your question, $9.95 would be over 90% off your normal rate yet high enough that people wouldn't want to waste their money.  Most professionals can afford to give someone a dollar without blinking an eye but would think twice about giving away $10.  Hope this helps.
