GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Mortgage Processor / Hard Money Loan Processor
Our company is seeking an Out Of Box Thinker with a background in Mortgage Processing and /or Hard Money Lending Processing. This individual will work within our Hard Money Loan Brokering Division. Must be a resourceful problem solver and a well-organized TEAM Player.
We use a Loan Document Collection and Management Software System (Floify) which makes our process about 98% paperless.
* This position is 90% technology-based. Please only apply if you have adequate computer skills.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Placement of Real Estate Investment Loans with our various lenders. (Purchases, Refinances, Fix & Flips, Buy & Holds, etc.)
Submitting and processing loan files
Manage and maintain an organized pipeline.
Implement and monitor programs as needed.
Assist in training staff members and new hires with updated information and loan programs. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Experience in the Real Estate/Mortgage business is mandatory with NO Exceptions.
Experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Processor, or Loan Account Rep.
Detail-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing loan files in a timely manner.
Ability to adapt and understand Computer Technical Software.
