I work with many developers on projects to be developed as renewable energy, transportation, infrastructure, seaports, airports, power plants, pipelines, transmission lines, refineries, hospital construction, educational and scientific facility construction or any other type of project development for renewable energy, wastewater projects, land for biomass proj, land for multi-family dev, and other real estate projects.Now seeking a hotel that has a gambling license, requested by a client. I also try to secure financing for these projects; also seek multi-family, NNN, industrial, retail projects for sale to present to my clients in US or overseas clients.

I called other party many times to work out negotiations for an approved contract. I had the two parties meet each other at their attorney offices. In this manner, face to face, they could speak via their attorney and work out all details. But I made certain I kept on top of the situation and...
