About Us

As educators, trainers, facilitators, and coaches we work with individuals and organizations to identify the most important outcomes that drive effectiveness and positive results. In this process, we listen carefully to what our clients tell us and ask questions that help to uncover the underlying root of what is working and what is not.

Based on our analysis, we recommend solutions that help to create change and drive the organization forward toward the realization of its vision and mission, resulting in greater productivity, employee engagement, and increased profitability.

We help organizations drive results through people, proper distribution of resources, and effective use of time.
We are releasing v1.0 of our new coaching and gap analysis which is designed to help us more clearly identify areas of growth and opportunity quickly and more effectively, increasing results faster!

There isn’t really enough space to give this topic full coverage. I think that the simplest way to describe the importance of customer service is that everything else pivots around that. So I’m going to answer this with a question, why not? It seems like you have a limiting belief around your age. Given that the fastest growing segment of the population is the people reaching the age of 100, you are just over 1/2 way there. Either start the business yourself or find a local firm... If I don’t think I can meet their needs because we are not able to establish mutual realistic expectations I would rather say no.  (more) If I don’t think I can meet their needs because we are not able to establish mutual realistic expectations I would rather say no.

That too tells a story. I may be able to help if you don’t like your answers or want to grow more.

They are too long and too specific. A vision is what you want to be and can never be realized. A mission is what you do and your objectives are how you get that done.  (more) They are too long and too specific. A vision is what you want to be and can never be realized. As I see it, networking is the opportunity to meet others who I can help with a particular need that they may have now or in the future. In some cases it may be a referral to someone else. Building my connections with like minded people is the core of what allows me to thrive. Be clear with yourself and others about your schedule and the time you set aside for work and personal time.  Create an environment that supports your work. Have everting you need in that space. Build a bunker. If there are others at home at the same time be aware that they don’t know your plans unless you communicate them. Be appropriately available (or unavailable). Don’t use the dining room table as your desk.  Get out of the house and find other places to work too. Go to the library to read. Network with others at the local coffee places. Don’t isolate.  Remember that small businesses and entrepreneurs are the backbone of business. Don’t let it break you back either!
