If you don’t know their needs you can’t provide the best service.
Previous bubble was created by old Lending system, where all people can received loan approval . The underwriting process was not so strictly as now. Basically they gave to anyone who ask for.

Area, As Panama city and Beach highly growing with new construction giuss, because it's very low on supply and popular as vacation destination as well.
All market situation here is very normal
