When I started 15 years ago, mainly realtors I knew and circle of influence from friends. Ask your friends to refer you to a realtor so you have a similar connection to start with.

When I started 15 years ago, mainly realtors I knew and circle of influence from friends. Ask your friends to refer you to a realtor so you have a similar connection to start with.
When you meet with them, give a short story on yourself and how you and your business "help" clients and a referral can be an asset to their business.
The job you do is a reflection on "their" business, be sure to do your best!
Give them the information for client base you do best with as not all companies do well for all insureds profile.
