The restaurant name “Ristegio’s” is derived from the names of the owners; Richard, Steven and Joseph. The family was raised in Patchogue-Medford area. All of the brothers are local businessmen. The restaurant is located in the same location as the old Pat & Jim’s where the Chef started his first food-industry job back in the early 1980’s.
A wide range of premium liquors, cocktails, after-dinner cordials and local craft, domestic and bottled beers are available at the beautiful, spacious lounge. The diversified wine list includes wines from all over the world that are proudly displayed in a wine showcase in our vaulted ceiling lounge area.
