I am most satisfied when my customer leaves the Boutique with not only a smile on there faces but telling us how they appreciate that we open early in the AM and stay late in the evening hours. When they say to the staff that they appreciate that we carry ALL SIZES. And they love the fact that we carry local artists in house decor and wearable art. Or when the customer tells us that they love the unique styles we carry and that the pricing is affordable. All of these are attributes to our store and our service!
Give Excellent Customer Service! If you have a website stay up front on Google by writing Blogs, at least 3 a wk. of 300 - 500 words ea. This way the google crawlers will love you and put you on top!

My biggest challenge is that I am a small business. People tend to go to the larger chais retailers or shop online for the huge savings. Hard to get the word out that we have big savings as well.
