About Us
We are a family owned and operated busines. We were formed in 2006 and opened for business in 2007. We have inspected over 1,700 homes in central Indiana. We are licensed and fully insured and take every measure to make sure our inspections inform each buyer of the details surrounding the homes home they are buying or selling.
How We Got Started
When I sold my first home the inspector had no construction background or formal training on how to inspect a home. With my education and construction history I decided I could provide a valuable service to home buyers.
