I ussually sub contract to friends that have Agency Lic with their C licenses. I have interned people and had employees in the past, however with todays market and economy the overhead is to much for this kind of business unless your in a large city and pulling down the work that makes it affordable. Interns learn and leave you trying to bid for your clients, point and the fact the intern must be an employee. you cannot sub to an intern they muct have a agency license for sub work. then you can have issues with they don't care because it is not their client, point! I had 8 staff investigators and it was too much keeping them on track or even the work getting done as if you did it! point.
