Interesting question as I am at a major crossroads. The business is a fast pace and I am just on top of it. We are busy every season and the "down" season is still busy because I run a coffeehouse as well as the cater/bakery business. I want to expand the cater & bakery aspect and get double the clients. This means I must hire a full time admin person. She or he must be able to keep up with me which I think is a going to be difficult. I will have to prepare for mistakes. With growth comes less chance of attention to detail from my own personal observation but the to learn to trust others MORE.
