Due to Pandemic, i have mived the business back as a home based business. I do alterations on women, men and children clothing. I also create custom made garments mostly for women and children based on special ordered or sold from my website. I create unique and different types of wedding dresses for women as well. Oftentimes when brides contact me they are not looking for the traditional wedding gown, they are looking for something different and unique to their liking. One year I made a dress out of Octopus fabric for the bride and mustache fabric for the bridemaids because this is what the bride liked. I started sewing while I was in the 8th grade. I didn't have a sewing machine so the first 3 piece outfit I made was by hand. It was a top, skirt and pants. I was in the Booster club and we had the option to purchase or make our outfit and I wanted to make mines eventhough I had never sewn anything before. My aunt saw how much i enjoyed sewing she got me my first sewing machine. I just enjoyed trying new things and thought this would be something I would enjoy doing. After all me and my sister did crochet so I was like sewing should be something easy to do. After making that outfit I never looked back and have grown. I learned to sew on a sewing machine, serger, and do embroidery on my machine. I am self taught by reading books.
