We provide assistance to small business including existing workflow/layout analysis & retrofitting among other services. Drafting services & assistance to design professionals are also provided.

CEO & Founder David Mirabal was in search of the roots of his passion for architectural documentation and design, as well as why it would bring him so much joy to attempt to record every special or historical space he visited. It might be a restored historical-valued dwelling or building, or a simple torn-down, old house lost in time in the middle of nowhere. Every space has a history or a story behind it.
His quest for an answer ended when he found a photo of his mother and his great grandmother standing on the porch of this humble, but beautiful home in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, a month just before he was born, in 1967. The moment he bumped into this photo, everything came together…that home represented love, and his roots...and with it, his passion for architecture & document spaces that provide joy & preserve a piece of history in time...
