I began the business when the restaurant group I worked with as the Executive Chef in St. Lucia was closed due to an shareholders dispute. I found myself on a beautiful island that had become home and the need for a change in the course of my professional career. With 20 years of experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry, my course would move ahead one again.
My culinary staff was hired on by many of the local restaurants & resorts. I began to received inquiries from Chefs, training managers, and human resources directors regarding the training of my staff. I was asked to be a part of various training programs or to aid in the evaluation of culinary staff of various units. The light went on for me and I began to expand the business with my partner who ran a Point of Sales system. We develop a program for each client based on their needs and the currant market where they operated. Research and development helping clients innovate from concepts to market.
