Yes, it’s an important thing to do -you might find them offering service your not offering but are quite capable of. It might even be high profit margin work that you’ll start offering .

When you have your fingers on the pulse of there needs your able to share with them how you can help get them there.
People will figure out how to afford something if it make sense for them .
For example if my anxiety is bad and learning an instrument will ease my anxiety, I’ll pay .

Refer a competitor you know has integrity and tell that competitor about the referral . They might return the favor .As well the person your referring might decide to use you after all .

In my experience being “busy” is being stuck doing “busy “ work. Busy work is a buy product of improper staffing , ineffective Managment and fragmented time management.
It take you away from building an organization you Envisioned.
