About Us
Spotlight on Jazz and Poetry (SOJP), Inc. is a nonprofit program established in 2020 with a mission to increase exposure to the art of jazz and poetry and support literacy development for underserved youth in the Philadelphia community. SOJP Inc. is in the startup phase and seeks assistance in strategic planning, program development, and grant writing services. Spotlight on Jazz and Poetry, parent company, is dedicated to enhancing the poetry and jazz awareness of the local communities by imparting significant information about poetic and jazz arts and artists and contributing to the historical importance of each genre in today’s culture.
