Thats a tough call . New protocols in place have helped but I sure hope the consumers return slowly and practice the distancing while we come,up with a cure .

Calls are stillcoming in on the service side , not so much on the remodeling or redo of old plumbing . Only getting calls on commodes , drain stoppages and plumbing leaks that are causing damage in most cases . Im service oriented so that suits me fine . The roads are practically empty so driving...

Let's not panic , common sense prevails , we have had other natural disasters thru out time we will survive this too . It has not affected my business and dont think it will . Let's go out and live but be proactive with some common sense .

Yes most of the time , i do . I have only done a partial trrnchless repair once . The house was a Frank lloyd wright house and the owner did not want to damage any of the flagstone flooring . In this particular case it worked out . I have seen promblems with the so called trenchless sewer repair...

I have never used them myself , i imagine they work . U have more exposure . Just do good work and treat people fairly . U will get repeat customers and referrals . It takes time . Stay the course . Thats how i do it . It doesnt come overnight .

They are having me install new commodes and repairing drips and installation of new plumbing fixtures . I will get drain calls at kit sinks mostly on the big day and after...
