Your content must be all about helping the overall interest of those who engages your page. If your content posted is not engaging, helpful and relevant to the viewers then chances are it won't go viral. Example: If your page is about Cats and not just about pets in general, then you shouldn't include content that focuses on something other than a Cat's life…it's all about the Cats! You may see your customers as a whole, however, they see themselves as one and that's why in this Digital World that we now live in, personalizing your communication is very powerful. That said, it doesn't matter whether you're saying "Thank You" for the purchase or for being a loyal customer for all those years. What matters is you make the individual feel special while understanding that you must offer the same experience to the whole of your customer data base if you are to maintain a competitive edge in this information age.

Cold Calling doesn't work! There's a lot of studies done on this and basically you can Cold Call, however, it is very frustrating for both the Caller and the receiver of the Call and here's why. Most of us live a very busy lifestyle and we're not just setting around waiting for your phone call.... (more) Cold Calling doesn't work! There's a lot of studies done on this and basically you can Cold Call, however, it is very frustrating for both the Caller and the receiver of the Call and here's why. Most of us live a very busy lifestyle and we're not just setting around waiting for your phone call. That said, when you interrupt a person's day with some thing that they're totally unaware of you're Not going to be their favorite person of the day.So it is best to warm things up just a little before calling anyone out of the blue to avoid wasting your time and their time! Example: If you send a heads up letter, email etc., to a 100 people and then called them: A) You create an identity of respect for there time and you show a sense of professionalism which they should identify with.B) Cold means Cold and most people can't adjust to Cold Callers so they automatically go into their mental protection mode because they don't know you! C) The only people who likes Cold Calling for the most part are people who don't have to do the Calling, and the people who are not receiving the Cold Calls! Don't get me wrong, because as the old saying goes "Even A Blind Squirrel Finds An Acorn Every Once In Awhile!:-)
