About Me – My Story

I’m FCA Dipali Sutar, a global finance leader, M&A strategist, and business insurance advisor with 19 years of proven success across India, the UAE, and now the United States. My journey has taken me from managing complex financial operations for large organizations to closing multimillion-dollar acquisitions and helping business owners protect, grow, and transition their companies.

I began my career in Mumbai, working hands-on with financial planning, risk management, fundraising, and capital structure development. Over time, I built a reputation for strengthening financial systems, driving profitability, and supporting business expansion through data-driven decision-making.

My career accelerated across the UAE, where I served as CFO for multiple companies—leading strategic planning, raising significant capital from banks, implementing international accounting standards, and upgrading financial systems such as Oracle. I’ve led teams, negotiated major contracts, improved cash flow operations, and supported CEOs and Boards through periods of rapid growth.

One of my most rewarding achievements has been driving successful mergers and acquisitions, including multiple CPA practice acquisitions in the U.S. Working with Fortis Lux Financial, I now lead national MGA expansion, conduct due diligence and valuations, structure deals, and guide post-acquisition integration. In every project, my goal is the same: to create clarity, stability, and value for both businesses and their teams.

Alongside M&A leadership, I advise business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals on tax-efficient planning, succession strategies, and long-term financial security. I’m passionate about helping people protect what they’ve built, reduce taxes legally, and create financial confidence for their families and businesses.
