We are the 3rd generation of Haldimans to operate the insurance agency. Meredith Haldiman offers auto and home and commercial lines. Hillary Haldiman is our Medicare specialist. i don't struggle with high turnover. My agency consists of myself and one office assistant who has been with me for a couple of years. My office is in my home and my assistant lives directly across the street from me. We are neighbors, friends, and co workers for life!

I look not only at their shoes but also how they carry themselves. Are they neat, friendly and approachable? They can be dressed casually but still act professionally.
