Talk to insurance agent to see if you need more coverage and remember to have him to explain why. No such thing as "you need it" Than go work a little harder and smarted to build your business back. Best thing remember how you got here. If it worked before it will, work again.

If you are going to be late or cannot pay the rent call your landlord and discuses the situation with them. Don't let the call you first, they will feel that you are hiding from them. I been there before lucky not this time. I have found out if you call them more than likely they will work with you. And this is true with anyone you might owe.

First thing check out their license. Ask for certificates for the commercial general liability, commercial auto and worker comp.
