In addition to the wonderful insights already provided, I'll continue to focus on some fundamental processes  I've incorporated into my life / work process. These items will be the commitments I'm going to make which requires investing A LITTLE TIME EACH DAY in some combination.

I will maintain my fitness which includes at least four to five days per week of effort. I cannot afford to be weak, sick or non functioning. If I we're to be overtaken by any one of these factors, their would be no business. So these activities are at the top of my list.

It's like having a fancy vehicle that never has enough gas and a slow leak in one of the tires. At some point, your gonna get stuck somewhere.  Not a good place to be if the plan is to make gradual progress.

I'll be consuming uplifting and inspiring information daily, through books, audio, articles and other sources. I'll read at least a book per month.

I WILL NOT  be spending valuable time with toxic people or situations because it takes way to long to mentally detox from that crap. That's my psychological supplemental insurance program.

I will continue to remind myself that consistency is not ever the issue but awareness is that element that needs constant development. My belief is that, time is always moving. Day becomes night and night becomes day. A constant ebb and flow. The variable is whether or not we do what we say we're going to do or will we fill up our time doing something else. In either case, effort is being expended (Consistency in action) which simply reminds us, that just like time, we are putting in motion a series of events that is going to lead to an outcome.

The great thing about this process, is that I get to choose to do or not do (Consistency in action). And know that whichever I choose, I will be getting good at something. Bitching, whining, not starting, or whatever, is still a something (Consistency in action). I will constantly remind myself that if I am moving, then I'm also improving in all those areas. No discrimination. Choose wisely.

I'll continue to meet new people, exchanging ideas and offering my card when appropriate. Because in my business as a photographer, nothing happens until I make a genuine connection with someone. I'll continue developing my skill as a professional observer and I'll use my camera to document what my clients need me to capture for their future marketing needs.

I will travel both domestically and internationally because I love to travel and experience the renewal of my spirit that comes about from every aspect of the travel experience. (Slows down the aging process)

You probably noticed that there wasn't much listed about the mechanics of my business process. That was very intentional because my years of experiences as a world class athlete has taught me that Mental Preparation is the most critical part of the process. We are either manufacturing stories that support our can do attitude or we become consumed by our self induced boogie man,I don't feel like it, the sky is falling, it can't be done, i'm not enough, stories that suck the life right out of our spirit. Back to the nice car with no gas and a slow leak. Simply put, keep the emotional tanks full and and all the items on the to do list, that we approach with a real commitment and intentionality, will get done.

From there I get more specific in my planning and preparation so that 2019 will continue to be successful in many ways that important to me.

Here's to growth in 2019
