So long as the government doesn't scare people about a virus that was never as bad as they made people think it was, everything will remain good. It's not covid that is ravaging them. It's the government's reaction to it. Time to move on. What little pandemic there was is over. (more) It's not covid that is ravaging them. It's the government's reaction to it. Time to move on. What little pandemic there was is over.

Businesses should never have been forced to shut. They can shut down the government. That's fine. But forcing privately owned businesses to close is illegal and they should be arrested. Not still in government. (more) Businesses should never have been forced to shut. They can shut down the government. That's fine. I do not like being charged $5,000 so the government can try to make me think they are helping me for giving me $3,000 of my money back. And then give another $1,000 to someone else who is irresponsible or just effected by the government who is irresponsible.  (more) I do not like being charged $5,000 so the government can try to make me think they are helping me for giving me $3,000 of my money back. This includes no refined sugar, no white bread and little bread at all, and no processed oils and fats. Only cold pressed olive oil or avocado oil, or coconut oil and real butter only. Lots of filtered water. Half your weight in pounds in ounces each day. Get enough sleep. Adults need 7 ½ hours of sleep a night and teens need 8hours 15 minutes to 9 hours. Get lots of aerobic exercise. You need to get the heart rate up and the lungs working hard. Make aerobics a daily routine. Train yourself to breath deep with every breath. Keep a positive attitude. Tell yourself you are healthy and you are not going to get sick. Remind yourself daily how strong you are and healthy you are. Smile a lot. It tells your brain that you are happy and confident.  Get lots of light. Sunlight is best of course. But if that is not possible, turn the inside lights on and keep them bright until bedtime. Try to get 8 to 10 hours of sunlight a week if at all possible. At bedtime, turn off all lights. You sleep better when it is completely dark. Do not wear a mask. Especially when you are doing any type of activity. Even if it is slow walking through the supermarket. Your brain and body needs as much oxygen as possible. Out of all of these, the one that is most effective immediately is not wearing a mask. The rest take time. Everyone should have been doing these long before covid hit. We cannot go back and change it so change starts today.

We as business owners are getting tired of hearing about a "pandemic" that is no longer a pandemic. It's time to move on and stop scaring people. The more we talk about it, the more we scare people. The more we scare people, the harder it is to get back to normal. (more) We as business owners are getting tired of hearing about a "pandemic" that is no longer a pandemic.
