We are a custom made hand poured candle shop. Our candles are created to last for months at a time. We make sure that not only do they last long but that the fragrance stays from the beginning to the very end of the candle. We listen to the needs of our clients in order to make their wishes, memories and dreams come true. Our clients our called butterflies because every person is unique/special and that’s why our logo is the butterfly with a candle in the middle(tm) because every butterfly is unique!

Every LLC and some other entities are required to fill this form out or you will be fined 500 dollars a day uptoand/or 2 years in prison and up to 10000 dollars and It’s regulated by Fen.Cen You can find info on you tube or you can ask the local SBCD. Or your accountant. It was passed in congress in 2021 and went into effect on January 2024 I forgot also you be classified as a felon on your record if you don’t.The government stated that each business should have access to getting this info It’s not there business it’s yours
