Bullard Appraisals, Inc. was founded in 2009 and has provided appraisal services to lenders, real estate investors, private individuals and real estate professionals for 10 years. John Bullard, principal of Bullard Appraisals has been general certified since 1991, the first year that the state implemented appraisal certification following the S&L crisis in the late eighties. John's market is primarily Moore County, NC.

Too many businesses and folks have let their guard down. Our local health department should crack down on restaurants with unmasked cooks, servers and cashiers. Covid precautions should be part of the sanitation rating. If it was, we would have a lot of C, D , and F rated restaurants.

The Moore County, NC market is resilient in the face of COVID-19. Sales activity is strong, marketing times are stable to decreasing in some areas and inventory is tightening. Demand is fueled by military buyers and retirees coming to the Pinehurst - Southern Pines resort area.
