I will use my 25 years in Mens Fashion to create a Custom Product that will give you a "Tickle" when you see if for the first time! If Formal Wear is needed I create an "in home" experience to bring samples of what is available and work with you to create that Special experience you are looking for. I will even deliver the product to your home or event and have it picked up (if rental). Love providing a Tickle Moments!

First time customer needed an outfit to wear to a wedding in NY. and did not want a tux as he hates them. He is a musician and did not want to invest in something he can only wear once. He was also leaving for Texas the next day and needed this before he left. I showed him a velour coat that... (more) First time customer needed an outfit to wear to a wedding in NY. and did not want a tux as he hates them. He is a musician and did not want to invest in something he can only wear once. He was also leaving for Texas the next day and needed this before he left. I showed him a velour coat that could be worn with tux pants and later with jeans (for his performances). Loafers that could go for both.  He loved the idea, only I did not have the items in his size, ( would have to order them and get them tailored and sent to him). I took the measurements, and told him I would send them to his Hotel in NY, ready to wear. He was not sure, so I told him I would do it all and he would only have to pay me if he liked it and made it happen. He agreed. Everything arrived at His hotel a day before him, and was waiting in his room when he arrived. He loved it and came in A week later to thank me with his wife, who confessed that she doubted the whole thing but that he received so many compliments and even preformed (in the jeans) later to rave compliments on his wardrobe. No charge for rush shipping or alterations. Fun to see the surprise on a customers face (and delight). Why I love helping people!!

There is a difference between advertising (throwing out product or ads without anyway to measure the results) and Marketing where you control the group and can get some feedback on your product or add. my first thought, would be to do something that would build current custom met relationships while bring in new clients. Ex: pick your top 10 clients and invite them to your shop for an evening with small food and drinks. Announce that they have been chosen as because of your loyalty to our shop,... Ex: pick your top 10 clients and invite them to your shop for an evening with small food and drinks. Announce that they have been chosen as because of your loyalty to our shop, as our new brand ambassadors. (Hand Out envelops in advance filled with business cards ,their name, and how it works). Please help me represent our shop by offering this card to others. They will get a 10% first time discount and you will get a 10% discount for the rest of the year! (Maybe throw in something extra to the top 4 referring ambassadors). This can even be done individually over coffee and ask for their help. Just a thought
