There are theories about whether COVID is real or fake, while the other fact is people are dying. Now whether they are dying due to the actual virus or with a pre-existing condition clashing with breathing problems caused due the congestion caused due to the virus, etc. Point is all this effects the way we think. Being confined for 2 months now, getting all frustrated, and yet being forced to learn new ways of working, thats is for those that still have a job or business, whether on more phone calls or zoom meetings or similar, we are learning to adapt. There are talks with my clients on a daily basis about their views on reopening and what that world will look like, with masks and gloves. The bottom-line is people will learn how to use technology, improvisation, better cloud systems, infrastructure, cyber security, etc is all going to be a part of our new world. Companies will be thinking twice about rent expenses and maybe reducing that cost, if work can actually be done sitting at home. Hey, goals are goals, whether your in an office or at home, you dont hit numbers, your fired anyway.

I think companies will learn various ways of interacting (zoom, go-to-meetings, Cisco), use more cloud based technology (for storage of data), cut costs (reducing rents and related expenses), and therefore improve the bottom-line of their businesses. This is what we have learnt from COVID19.

I see your point and used to feel the same but I'm still the type of person that wants and needs to see products before purchasing or needs to have a face-to-face conversation while looking at an item. I've used technology to have face-to-face conversations and still have reservations on using it for everything. Besides, I don't want to be cooped up in the house all the time. Two months has already been too long.
