Our General Transcriptionists work with authors, bloggers, website owners, internet marketers, etc. in order to increase their online visibility. It's been proven again and again that text corresponding to online audios and videos assists in providing the greatest amount of search engine traffic to websites.

Our Interview & Focus Group Transcriptionists are internet savvy, fast typists and good listeners who are able to catch all voices when multiple speakers are involved.

Our Family History Transcription is an awesome idea. We make it possible for Video Biography companies to offer their clients either a transcript or better yet a Family Keepsake Book, a published book, to go along with their existing clients' video biographies. Many times family members not only enjoy watching the video but like to actually hold the information in their hands.

How We Got Started

Around The Clock Transcription Service Pittsburgh has only highly qualified transcriptionists that take pride in their work. My name is Jenn Stevens. I have over 10 years of experience within the Legal and Medical Transcription field. My dream of owning a qualified transcription service began to unfold in January of 2012. A good deal of work arrived suddenly requiring me to hire 6 qualified individuals. Currently, we are proud to say we have grown to 9 transcriptionists all within a short period of time. Companies are recognizing our transcribing abilities as we continue to build our clientele. Each of my transcriptionists shares the same goal to create a solid reputation at Around The Clock Transcription Service.

Where do most customer referrals come from in your business?

Many of my referrals are word of mouth. I also noticed that since I have been attending The Pittsburgh Business Show, I have made more contacts who I am able to work with to exchange referrals. Personally, I have had a very exciting experience with The Pittsburgh Business Show. I attended it last year and was impressed with all that was available to a Pittsburgh Business Owner.  I met businesses who I would never have thought of meeting who referred me to potentials. I attended it last year and was impressed with all that was available to a Pittsburgh Business Owner.  I met businesses who I would never have thought of meeting who referred me to potentials. I was able to obtain business last year from that show so decided to go again this year. This year was even better yet. I am working with two businesses I met at the show whereby we came up with a plan to help each other obtain referrals for each other!  Pretty exciting stuff, I must say and it was my idea and they both love it. So far, I gave several referrals and just received another one who I must follow up with today. And, it's only been 3 weeks since the end of this year's show. You have to work at it after you attend the show in order to be successful, but it is well worth it.  Jenn Stevens

If someone likes them, such as myself -- it really doesn't matter to me if someone would give me your book as a gift no matter what season it is. Maybe you can offer a special promotion for a True Paranormal Collector of Books whereby family and friends can purchase for those who are collectors. Just a thought.
