Actually this is a trick question. When you established your LLC, you had a choice - to be treated like a Sole Proprietor or as a Sub S Corp under the LLC. If you chose a Sub S Corp treatment , you can pay yourself as an employee and, well, ADP Small Business RUN Payroll is the BEST! (i am biased - I work for ADP). If you chose to be treated as a Sole Prop, you can't pay yourself as an employee. As a sole prop all money earned by the business automatically flows to you. Then you need to file estimated taxes, etc. It's not hard to change the designation. But I would recommend consulting your accountant before you do anything.
For ADP, it's business as usual. The only thing that's changed is where I call my office. However, anywhere I can get to the internet and have cell phone service can be my "office". People and businesses still need our services. I hope this passes soon! For everyone's sake!

As you can see by the other answers, it's not a clear cut yes or no. Check with the State and if you get an OK, make sure you keep good evidence of the State's response. If you are just trying to supplement your cash flow during slow periods, that's not really the intent of the system.
