About Us

Kids First Visitation Services of Indiana, LLC provides supervision of the non custodial parent in divorce cases. We also offer custody exchange monitoring as a results of one family member having a protective order (P0).

How We Got Started

Kids First opened for business in July 2007 in Plainfield Indiana. We are an accredited member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) with an A+ rating. The concept for trained individuals to provide supervision began in the State of California. Judges formed a panel of professionals, a multi disciplinary team to resolve these problems. Kids First motto is "whatever is in the best interest of the child(ren)" was developed Standards and policies were developed and implemented. This was followed by other states such as Florida who have laws regarding S.V.requiring a minimum of an undergraduate degree in the social sciences. Indiana is completely unregulated as there is no "checks and balances" to set a standard as to who is qualified to provide these services and are untrained as to what behavioral signs to look for concerning physical, emotional or sexual abuse and neglect.

How about a Christmas card with Cash or a gift card to their favorite store?  It’s empowering them to make their own choices on what to buy as opposed to deciding for them.
