These are excellent points, but for businesses, the real work is getting good reviews, word of mouth, and push messaging. This is where it takes good digital marketing and a good social media manager.

This is a very good question and is really based on your target market, customers, and strategy for the product and business. These three categories take care of your question about if it is a successful or failing business. The best advice is to look at the short and long term goals of the business. The right strategy creates opportunities and there is no specific or average percentage of income I would recommend.
Best, Jason
This is a great question. First, it depends on your target market. Second, what you are willing to do for that market (meeting needs or wants). Third, use a genuine marketer to help you (guaranteed ROI). Always available to help

Honesty and a clear apology is the best thing to do with social media blunders. Admit when you and your company was wrong. As for recovery, social media is all about organic and original content. I believe a great consultant can help

Well, the best advice is to have a salesperson call if you are unwilling to make a personal call. My advice is to reach out personally to solidify a relationship with your client since you are a Bookkeeping company. Trust is one of the most important assets to your company and the only way to establish this is by one on one contact. Although many people try to get away from personal contact this is still the best way to earn business.
First off your logo is your brand. A logo should be memorable, simple, and understandable. It should be one of the most important things you work on because your customers and stakeholders gain a first impression of your company by the logo. Look at Apple, Monster (beverages), and Amazon.

As a business owner, I would suggest that your favorite channel would be your target market's fav channels.

The best answer is to make no decisions on emotions, especially with financial services or marketing strategy. Research should be the best way to make decisions

This is an interesting question, but the best answer is it depends on your target market and age demographic. For example, Millennials don't like face to face communication.
