If the parking lot is part of the deeded for property, Yes the landlord is responsible for the maintenance of the parking lot unless the landlord has written something in each lease which says each tenant is responsible to maintain their own space. I hope this helps.

If an employee you hired cannot walk the walk, its time to look for that person that will.

During the holiday season, I try to visit my clients personally by taking them out to dinner. We talk shop and a little family. But most of the time its thank you for letting me handle your property and help you obtain your goals for the property.
