I am a Real Estate Broker that works 7 days a week & pride myself on making myself available when my clients need me. Yes, weekends & evenings are included and I work with Attorneys who I or my clients can reach also during those time frames. While some areas of practice may be handled during “Business hours”, other areas may be best served by having a flexible schedule & having an avenue (text, cell, e-mail, etc.) by which clients can receive help when it can’t wait until the next day or after the weekend is over.
I’ve spoken to several Nurses who are voting no. They do not believe government should regulate this issue. They say this will actually cause more patients nt receiving the proper car.
