I think for anyone in any business the perfect scenario would be to have all marketing go only to sources / places / businesses etc etc etc that need “ your services “ but that’s just not reality.  We all know that if you do your job well at great pricing & wonderful service that the referrals will follow .  That’s how we do it...100% customer satisfaction has been our goal and I literally can’t remember the last time we’ve had an upset customer.  It literally has been 3-4 years ago.   We honestly care greatly about each & every one of our customers....so easy to do !!   Treat everyone as you’d want yo be treated....easy peasy !!
