That’s how we do it...100% customer satisfaction has been our goal and I literally can’t remember the last time we’ve had an upset customer. It literally has been 3-4 years ago. We honestly care greatly about each & every one of our customers....so easy to do !! Treat everyone as you’d want yo be treated....easy peasy !!
