We encourage our clients to make a list of their belongings and assign value to them so that they can determine if they may be underinsured. This gives them an opportunity to review their coverage with their agent.
I would certainly e-mail a client or potential client, and follow up with a friendly phone call and ask for a personal meeting to assess their needs.
