Speak to a few different bookkeepers & accountants. Are they asking you what you want, need?  Are they able to explain to you the benefits of their service and how it will ensure you are able to focus on what you do best?  Are they speaking in a way you understand & do you understand exactly what they do?  If not, do they create an environment that you feel comfortable asking?  It’s important that deadlines are created & adheared to. Business owners need to go over their financials monthly to ensure they are on track.
