It depends on what your exact goals are.  I just released my new book on Amazon and from that have been asked to address a class for a massage school that is part of a chain.  I also just signed up for the National Publicity Summit to learn how to pitch the media and then will meet with media reps.  That should bring more book sales and talks.  The better you are known, the more opportunities will present themselves for clients and more.  The more you can do, the easier the path forward if you should injure yourself or decide to follow another, but linked path.  Always think beyond what is today and pave a path for the future.
