Kelly Hallam, RTNM CPCP opened Halcyon Cosmetic Solutions Ltd in 2014 after spending over a decade in Nuclear Medicine at Royal Columbian Hospital. After spending several years in 2 of Vancouver's top dermatology clinics, her transition into cosmetic and paramedical tattooing was a natural fit with her science background and a lifetime interest in art.
Stephanie Wilson, CPCP has over 20 years experience esthetics and the permanent makeup & microblading industry. After moving to Port Moody and meeting Kelly, the partnership was formed to create a unique environment for experienced & skilled permanent makeup professionals to work together offering customers the best service for their individual needs.
