Wait until after the first of the year.  It can destroy a person, and your reputation.  Just hold off a few more days.  Since there isn't such a thing as job security, telling them that they may be re-hired is giving false hope. A nice letter of recommendation, will make it better. They sabotaged your orders, then they tampered with your car, your life may even be in danger, and you're wondering if you should stay?  The writing is on the wall, and the message is written by them!  With their history of "hire and replace".... looks like you are next in line...so why wait? ... There's another underlying issue that MAY affect you deeply.  You may start thinking that what they're doing is normal behavior and it may even become okay with you to tolerate their decisions that are not in your best interest, nor that of the company.  This will cement a victim complex and will continue to dis-empower you until you feel lesser than....and you know, you are a lot more than that.  Don't let it happen to you.  Decide to decide and get the hell out of there.

Don't sugar coat.  If there's an HR person, that's their job, let them handle it.  People don't read memos, and if they do, they may be insulted that it was treated in such an impersonal manner. I like Don Cooleone's idea of turning the spotlight on yourself, and asking as if you're sniffing under your arm:  "Is that me?" and see what happens.  However; it sounds like you have multiple offenders and it will get worse,,,for you.  I would treat this as a medical issue as your olfactory system is getting compromised.  This may affect long-term,  your sense of smell. Engage them in your well-being.  Tell them individually, that you can barely breath and your throat is closing up, say something like:  "I need your help so that I can breath and keep my lungs healthy:"   This may give each of them a reality check!   As health-oriented as they are, this may be exactly what they need to hear.  How would they feel if someone would threaten their health and state of wellness?  imagine if someone came into their personal space and smoked in their faces?  Make this a win-win for all concerned. Keep us posted.  We care.

Write a first class resume, and run for the hills.  You are better than this and to them, you will always be their "child."  Even if you talk to them constructively adult to adults, there is high percentage of probability that they will revert back to their old habits.  I have a gut feeling that... It depends on who you ask, it depends on your own business needs.  Not one size fits all.  Foundation is important, to include financial, personal/professional values to match your business, human resources and advisers.  But that's just me with a very short list. Build your business around your lifestyle and not the other way around.  Have a great (not just good) support system, and top level Dream Team or Board of Directors even if you happen to be "Party of One" business owner.
