If you are referring to Logo files or illustrations that will be very large, vector is always best to receive as a native file - .ai  Adobe Illustrator file, or native file of the program they are using.  When it comes to photos - you don't need a native file, although it would be nice to have a .psd file - Photoshop.  Just make sure you get the original high resolution photo file - .tif, .psd preferred.  High res. .jpg is fine also.

I am not sure what you are referring to.  Are you trying to promote your services, or are you trying to build trust with a business that you have had problems with? Frankly, I would not have gone with Wp if you didn’ Know any code or take classes.  I went back to school in web design.  Square space may be a good option for you.  In order to maintain wp you need to know how to use it well and ecommerce I haven’t even attempted.  Shopify is a good option also. I am assuming that you are referring to adding alt tags to photos so that the blind can read what the photo is about?  I don’t know why businesses could be sued because of this.  Also are there other ADA requirements in US? There is no way to tell whether your pricing is fair.  It depends on the service. (more) There is no way to tell whether your pricing is fair.  It depends on the service.

I also agree with others saying that both are equally important, but if you don't have a website up and running - I would do that first. (more) I also agree with others saying that both are equally important, but if you don't have a website up and running - I would do that first.

Somewhere in between A and B? B emphasizes brand identity. A emphasizes the product...but you really need a marketing firm to set up a test review among an audience. This will give you a better idea of which design would meet your goals. Overall nice designs. (more) Somewhere in between A and B? B emphasizes brand identity.
