Gina Nelson, the founder of NURTURE 3 HEALING & THE ENERGY OF SECRETS specializes in helping others reduce the stress from secrets that burden them through education and creating a new relationship to these powerful experiences that do not necessarily need to be disclosed in order to heal.

Gina Nelson has certifications and extensive training as an Energy Healing Therapist, Mind Body Spiritual Counselor and Reiki Practitioner. Individual, group, virtual, appointments and trainings available. Gina works with children and adults and is available for group and school education and training. She also supports mothers with health crisis including hormone struggles and survivors of abuse.

How We Got Started

NURTURE 3 HEALING & THE ENERGY OF SECRETS was created as a sanctuary to support and help integrate the whole person at all levels of growth with compassionate guidance.

Gina broke through her own blocks of shame and defense systems that ultimately had a profound and negative effect on her mental and physical health.

She has been a life long seeker and her awareness of the many levels of existence helped her find lights in the darkness.

Gina's passion has always been to be of service to others so that we can all ultimately realize our dreams and full potential and sense of peace.

She refers to herself as a Joy Chaser.
