We help entrepreneurs and business owners get to the “next level” through strategic growth in sales, margins, and profits. We are experienced entrepreneurs ourselves. We’ve been in your shoes, having started, grown and sold dozens of our own businesses. We help businesses find the right mix of talent, money and strategy for successful growth, which may or may not include selling to new owners, buying competitors, or transitioning to the next generation of ownership. We have been serving business owners since 1993.

"My family started a custom manufacturing exotic wood outdoor furniture company. I grew up in the shop next to my mom & dad. It was our entire life... and life changes. I went through a devastating divorce, mom got very sick & it was time to move on. We were ready to walk away from what we had built but Ray was able to show us the value we had created, connected us to a local guy looking to start his dream. The proceeds from the sale of our business got my mom through her extreme medical bills & allowed me to go overseas and start over. That was almost 25 years ago. This was the big pivot point for all of us in our lives & had we not sold this company, our lives following would have been FAR different.
