That's why you should work with someone who has some experience to share. Most of all have fun. Let your guard down and imagine yourself in each property. You'll feel it when it's you new home. Talk to neighbors. Maybe drive over & park outside at night for a bit to observe the environment. Also, pay close attention during your inspection and lending process. Your Realtor will have insight on different ways to approach some repair items that may arise. That's where real skill comes into play. Your Lender will perhaps need you to move in a time-sensitive manner while working to slay dragons behind the scenes, so respond promptly w/ documents and information. ***Don't change jobs or buy anything during the process...no new car, new furniture, new appliances... Those things can shift your qualifications & ratios and kill the whole deal. Anyway, those are just a few tips. If you work with me I'll send you my First Time Buyer class for reference, and work to set expectations of how things will flow up front. Hope this helps! Linda

I don't, mainly because I instead work on creating a connection but with a light touch. If that happens, and if I sense (or they've said) it's not "the one" for them, I will offer some valuable info (along w/ my dedicated service if they want it), and get an email in order to deliver it to them.

I take advantage of technology, my marketing and consulting backgrounds, my Masters Groups, and my 15 years of experience in knowing what lies ahead and smoothing the way for my Sellers and Buyers. I try to work with one or two clients at a time in order to provide hands-on service all the way through. Basically, I do my best and let my clients speak on my behalf. My business is nearly all by referral. I am absolutely dedicated to my clients from day one through our successful completion!
