" My husband and I have been working this year, 2023, with Konnie Oviatt at Red Hot Adventures on a special trip of a lifetime. She has gone above and beyond to research options for us in our trip to Iceland and then Scotland, north-the Orkneys and South of Glasgow). She is in regular contact through emails and when we requested, we had a looong phone call to hammer out our specific ideas and requests early on as she set up a time that was acceptable to both of us. (Our computer was down so there was no Zoom for us.) It has been a pleasure setting up this complicated, convoluted experience with Konnie. We would not have ever been able to do this without her assistance in spite of already having been to Scotland twice, previously. We are more than grateful to her for all the details that she had to figure out. These details included air travel, places to stay, tours, modes of travel including trains and drivers/tour guides, even travel insurance to mention some! She has been reasonable in accepting payments convenient to both of us. We are really looking forward to this trip. We will share again when we come home.   Also previously to this experience, she recommended to us in 2018 another travel agent who was a better fit for a Mexico trip. (A fabulous trip as well.) As you can note, we do highly recommend her to work with you. She is very easy to work with and she listens and also has suggestions, having been to Scotland many times. You will have a wonderful trip!"
